28th ANNUAL JURIED PHOTOGRAPHY SHOW

The Ocean City Arts Center will proudly display its 28th Annual Juried Photography Show from April 2-30, 2008.  An opening reception and awards presentation was held on Friday, April 11 from 7-9 p.m.  Art lovers viewed the selected entries featured in this high quality photographic exhibition free of charge AND THE WINNERS ARE:

Past shows have received in excess of 250 submissions; this year’s body of work was judged by Armond Scavo, David Nahan and James Shull.  Armand Scavo is a professional photographer based in Philadelphia whose work was recently featured on the cover of Art Matters Magazine; Scavo has owned and operated Earth Light Images Gallery since 1985.  David Nahan has been a photojournalist for the past 25 years; in addition to having won 24 New Jersey Press Association awards he has garnered four first-place awards for his photography over the past two years. James Shull is a professional fine-art photographer whose work has been featured in Focus Magazine.
