Local artists Janet Kurland and Sue Van Duyne bring their
unique and beautiful ceramics and pottery to the gallery for the month of September. Ms. Kurland and Ms. Van Duyne have taught at the Arts Center for more than 14 years. They are collaborating on this exhibit to showcase their diverse styles.
Ms. Van Duyne's work features an "earthy" look which expresses her love of nature. She specializes in pots made on the wheel and with slabs. Ms. Kurland's ceramics are bright and vibrant. She intergrates form and design with intricate details.
